Terms and Conditions

1. Payment - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number imprinted on the bottom of the check. 


2. Refunds - Items purchased from Vision International Church may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) up to 30 days after the date of shipment.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.  Shrink-wrapped items cannot be returned if the wrapping is broken unless the items are defective. We will not accept items for return with open diskette packages or CD-ROM's that have broken seals.

Be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment so they are not damaged in transit. We recommend returning your items via UPS Ground or insured mail. We also suggest that you keep a copy of the tracking number and shipping receipt for your records. Vision International Church is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged en route to our distribution center.

A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transaction once we have authorized the credit.

3. Site/Information Security- Our secure servers protect any information you share with us, including your name, address, and your credit card information. We utilize a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate to encrypt personal data that is submitted to our site.  We are also a verified Authorize.Net merchant.  That means that your transactions are performed securely.
