Women's Ministry

The Mission: To edify true womanhood and sisterhood in Christ.

We train and equip women with the character of Jesus including sincerity, maturity, compassion, mercy, honesty, humility, gentleness and kindness (Ref. Galatians 5:22-23). Our goal is to present the beauty and purity of the Proverbs 31 woman that can be in all women through Christ. Our hope is to build and mirror true representations of Godly womanhood; NOT based on men, education, financial success, physical beauty or any other substitute for the security that ONLY comes from a relationship with The Lord Our God. Our vision is to project God’s truth in our own lives so that women all over the Triangle and the world can be drawn and encouraged to embrace the identity of being a true Daughter of God.

The Principles:

• Purity: (Psalm 18:26) Women in Christ show themselves to be pure; not only in our actions but our hearts and minds also. Our purity is a statement of our commitment and submission to our Heavenly Father and Husband (Ref. Isaiah 54:5 and II Cor. 11:2-3)
• Patience: (Romans 8:25) Women in Christ wait patiently on God. We place our hopes and desires for ourselves, loved ones and community in God’s hands; ever-confident that He will remain faithful. We are patient because we trust in the goodness and timing of His will. (Ref. II Sam. 22:31 and Isaiah 26:8)
• Power: (II Tim. 1:7) Women in Christ know and exercise the full power granted to them by God to do good works in His name. We regard our roles as women not by earthly standards and are therefore able to discern and embrace the power behind humility and submission (Ref. James 4:6-7 and Eph. 5:21)
